Get lost in the forest...

Where do you wander?

Fruits of Intention

Remember this post, where I talked about working with intention? Here's what I have to show for it, from the leather bench.

The Honeycomb cuff, when your sweetness needs an edge, and your edginess needs to sweeten.  This one is special. I'm not going to give it a snap until it is claimed, it will fit it home.

Flying Feather Cuff. A traveler's companion, a feather dancing in the wind, making it's own journey, away from what's known, and towards the greater light.  Created for the daydreamers, adventurous, path cutting people, and those who need a lightness in their step.

Quiet Ferns. For the forest in your heart. The roots in your legs, the breeze in your hair.

Keep making.

Once in a Blue Moon

This is a collection that celebrates the events that do not happen every day, every week, every month.  Those unique times you stumble across, often not realizing it until they are already sweet memories.

I'm opening the shop at 8:34pm EST, tonight, in honor of this rare moonrise over my home.

Every piece being offered up has been made by my two hands, while they may be echoed, they will never be cloned.  They are their own, and are ready to be shared with you.

Each piece has been drawn, hammer-tooled, dyed, stitched or woven by my hands.  These hands will never come again to this earth.  They are different hands today from yesterday, and will keep changing tomorrow.

This work holds pieces of me within them, full of good wishes, calm, and a dash of sass (because, if you're making something, it should have at least a little sass, especially if it's a fox cuff!).

A Blue Moon is an extra full moon, either within the calendar month (as it is tonight) or the third full moon within a four moon season. The first full moon this July rose on the second, and so, we have a modern Blue Moon tonight.

Some new, some old

Experimenting with a new photography look... I think I'll go with a combo of this and how I've been shooting.  I like the clean shot this provides, but still like showing how my cuffs look on wrists and nestled amongst other things.

p.s. these are all available, let me know if one is yours!

Under the Magnolia Tree

I made this for my mom's incredibly kind and talented husband, Stu.  A very belated Christmas present, luckily he's patient too!  I can't wait to take some photos of this strap and his mandolin in action!
